    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • Once your return is authorized, please package the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.

    • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

    • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process a refund or replacement.

    • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a full refund, replacement, or repair of the damaged or defective item.

  4. Exchanges:

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the refund process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  5. Refund Exceptions:

    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized/customized items are exempt from being returned or refunded.

    • Sale or clearance items may be eligible for returns/refunds under certain conditions. Please contact us for more information.
